The hotel was excellent. The area around the hotel has construction going on therefore it’s confusing when entering the hotel.

Cigarette orders coming thru the air conditioning below the first floor outside front patio making it’s way up the the 2nd floor. This isn’t good if you have non smokers or children which causes 2nd hand smoke.

Great location. Convenient to St. Augustine for shopping and beaches. The carpets in hallways and rooms was extremely dirty and brown where it normally should be grey and ram colored. It was nice to have the convenience of a computer and the buisness center to use as my travel computer quit working and I had documents to send out. The staff was friendly, but the hot breakfast was lacking. The eggs were terrible and we tried all the options available. Hopefully, improvements can be made and then this would be a nice place to stay again.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We arrive there and there is a ton of construction making it super difficult to even get to the hotel. Limited parking. Also, we found bugs in our room. Not just one bug, a ton of them. They were all over the walls and the desk of the room and all on the chair underneath the cushioning. It was so disgusting we had to leave a day earlier than we planned and the woman at the desk said we had to contact Expedia just to get a refund. She was rude and when we said there were bugs she immediately got defensive and said “where’s the pictures?” Like she could’ve went up there herself and seen the bugs. So unprofessional never ever would I recommend this hotel to anyone. I didn’t even end up getting a refund even though I paid for 2 nights and only stayed for 1. Then when I get home I open up my suitcase and there are those same bugs all in my suitcase. I had to go through everything in my bag at 2am. Never ever ever going to this hotel again. Go down the road and stay at “The Smart Stay Inn”, much more affordable and the staff were friendly.

Excellent. Check in was great, the front desk clerk helped with our t v and when I needed a hair blower he got it immediately. Very clean comfortable rooms. Great house keeping. Very good variety , clean and well looked after breakfast room .

Glad I chose this one
The location is good, right off I-95. Close to outlet mall if that’s your thing. Room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great, much more than waffles and cereal. Fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, muffins, bagels or toast. One day canadian bacon and omelets, next day corned beef hash.

A lot of roads under construction in the area, so the driving in the area sucked a little. Had a nice room on the 3rd floor, at the end of the hallway. If we had neighbors, we didn’t hear anything. Bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
