I paid nearly $360 for two nights, expecting a certain standard for that price, but unfortunately, it was far from acceptable. The walls were paper-thin—you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Housekeeping never cleaned the room during our stay. When we first entered, it seemed clean, but upon closer inspection, the sheets were stained, and so was the carpet. Honestly, this place should be called a motel and priced at $30 per night.

When my wife and I entered our room. We perceived a foul smell. Something in between humid and foot odor. We figured out it was the carpet in between the beds. It was really old and dirty. We requested a room change after being there for 5 minutes and we were told it was all booked, and they brought a room freshener. But it didn’t change anything. Plus there was hair in the bathtub. It’s ok to have an old property but it should be to a high cleaning standard.

We stayed 1 night, went for the Night of Lights as a sister's trip. Room was clean, beds were super comfy. Breakfast was good, no complaints. Would stay again if in the area.

I loved the smart stay inn! First time staying here and will definitely be back when I travel to northern Florida again! Staff was very nice. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for a quiet quick stay!

The motel is old and tired! The check in person was nice! The door did not close light came in .. lots of noise from Rt 95 no insulation! Bathroom smelled bad as well as the room . Wouldn’t stay again!
