Common hallway and stair carpeting is dirty. Stains on the carpet in my room. Rooms opening into the building lack natural light and are dark but ample lamps. Pool and hot tub are inside main lobby and common area with no walls or glass separating which means the chlorine smell permeates throughout the building.

The reason we chose this hotel was due to the Pickleball courts. But now we are told that the Pickleball courts don’t open until 9 AM. It’s already 90° outside and will be way too hot to play by 9. I don’t know why they can’t open the courts at 7. Very disappointed to have pickleball courts outside your door that are locked up. Nobody needed to monitor the courts, all you have to do is unlock the courts.

Nice staff, clean and quiet rooms. There is a pool smell since the pool is an indoor/outdoor pool, but only in the lobby area.

This place was one of the best hotels in this chain that I have stayed at. Front desk personnel were very helpful and the morning breakfast service was exceptional.

This is THE place to stay with kids! From the indoor/outdoor pool, to the mini golf course, the ball and pickle ball courts, foosball, and pool tables, my kids and I were never in our room. The hot breakfast was simple but good. We intend to come once e year to stay!

Great hotel for families!

There wasn’t a coffee maker in the room. And the breakfast was just okay. But the pluses for this Hotel is it’s great for families. Swimming indoor & outdoors, tennis court, mini golf course, table tennis and exercise facilities. Close to many, many eateries. The staff was very kind. However the gentleman who oversaw the breakfast wasn’t friendly and had a crusty demeanor. Lol
