I was put into a room on the second story floor with the window completely pulled out on the ground and then I was put into four different rooms that were all completely dirty and getting the runaround through Expedia and the hotel and everyone is refusing a refund. Unbelievable behavior for a hotel, especially When the community has been impacted by two hurricanes within two weeks.

Air in the room was so strong of mildew and mold it began to hurt my lungs. Stains and dirt all around the room. Shower was still dirty from previous person. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

Ceiling in bathroom shower was water damaged & falling apart. Room was dirty in several areas of floor, bathroom. Very dusty. I would not consider this any more than 2 star.
