The staff were friendly and the check in and out was easy. The continental breakfast was actually very good with a choice of cereals, biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles and other items. The young lady taking care of the dining room stayed busy cleaning and refilling continuously.

Outside was not completely awful. You can tell it is older. Key didn’t work to come in side door, first room smelled of heavy cleaner and looked like dried blood on carpet and wall. Toilet would not stop running and shower didn’t shower it just sprayed everywhere. Hallway smelled heavily of marijuana. Staff was nice enough to swap us rooms. Second smelled better, shower clogged and drained very slow. Hallway smelled heavily of body soil from other rooms where people lived. Very dark in room, unable to open curtains to outside as people at the pool could look right in. Pool must remain open 24 hours because people were out there partying at 1 o’clock in the morning, making excessive noise people were yelling in the hallway from the time we checked in until the time of the party outside. Thank goodness it was only a one night for us to be able to fly home in the morning. Otherwise there’s no way I would’ve remained at all. Extremely overpriced for how terrible the conditions are

We originally booked the suite for a whole week. I knew the hotel was dated which I was ok about but once we got in and saw how gross it was we had to jump ship. Cockroach left in the overhead light, plugged bathtub, hair all over the tub, surfaces obviously not wiped and atmosphere just was not kid friendly. front desk staff were very apologetic but service just wasnt there, there was no staff available to help so they ended up giving us a plunger to fix the tub ourselves. Feedback to ownership: get rid of that messed up carpet, get a couch that you can actually clean and give those rooms a good deep cleaning.

The place was the worst, 1st, the mattress in our first room looks like it's been there for 10 years look like a roller coaster uncomfortable transfers to a hanging capable room my wife went to sit in a toilet and screamed and almost fell off because they didn't put a bolt in one side of the toilet seat then washing my hands in the sink filling up with water and the bottom of the elbow just broke off and water went everywhere so I couldn't use the sink for 2 days while I was there unacceptable Maria was the manager of front outstanding person you need 10 people just like her the lady that was running the breakfast very rude all she do is wipe off tables when I was dry ragged no sanitation at all never change her clothes
