This was our first stay in Tarpon Springs, the house is located very close to downtown. There are some minor things inside the home which needed attention but overall we were pleased. Great location, spacious and clean. We would stay here again!

Wonderful
My husband and I spent 3 weeks at this property. It was clean and spacious. Location was in walking distance to many activities. Many good restaurants. Short driving distance to beaches, hiking snd boating. We enjoyed reading on the front and back porches. Would definitely stay there again.

The neighborhood is excellent. The location is prime. You can walk to restaurants and shops. Their are beaches in all directions. The only negative would be the shower. It is difficult to get in and out of. It also has a shower hose that you have to hold while you wash. It was difficult and not very enjoyable. Everything else was perfect. We loved our stay. Again, the only thing I would change would be the shower.

Great place in Tarpon Springs
We loved this house in Tarpon Springs and enjoyed almost six weeks there. The house was fantastic, fine kitchen, comfortable furniture, comfortable bedding and even a pile of blankets to warm up under. From this house, anything you want is walkable and it’s all delicious. The host was very helpful and responsive. We would stay again!

Great Location
This is a great location. We walked practically everywhere. The owners were right on top of things when I told them the main bed was broken and some lights were burned out. Loved the dining room table, that is one of the reasons I booked this place, it seats 8 people. If I had to pick something to complain about, I would have to go with the shower, there just wasn't anywhere to set your shampoo or soap. And the back deck had a couple saggy boards. Other than that, I would recommend this place.

The cutest bungalo with 100 year old quirks. I loved the property. Its in a sandy area with a crushed shell driveway so no getting around the sand in the house. The shower like everyone in the reviews complains about is what it is. Being from the NE United States and owning two 200+ year old homes, this is normal and not really a inconvenience. If i wanted a hotel or luxury experience i would stay in a $500 per night location. This property is cozy and perfect. Walking distance to sponge docs 2 minutes and 10 minutes to shopping and restaurants. E bike rentals close by. 20 minutes by car to the tourist areas like Clearwater Beach and Safety Harbor. I will definitely stay here again. Felt like home.

The house in and of itself was very comfortable as a layout as well as convenient to walk around for dining. As for cleanliness, it was not cleaned prior to us going nor was the owner aware of what his property management company did for it. No extra pair of sheets or towels for a week stay for a 5 member family.

The house was super hot when we arrived and took a couple hours to cool down, ceiling fans would help. The garbage disposal does not work. The shower is handheld and tub took a long time to drain. No where to put toiletries in tub or by the sink. There was a hole in the ceiling where a light should have been. Almost every room needs repair for holes in the walls. The wash machine smells like mildew needs to be cleaned. The location was great and the master bedroom bed was super comfortable. Also a little info on what channels or apps to that are available.

FANTASTIC LOCATION!
The location of this lovely bungalow could not have been more convenient. It is just a short stroll to the Sponge Docks and fabulous restaurants. The front porch was inviting and the renovations done on the home made it cozy and warm. The floors are beautiful! The owner was so very accommodating and quick to respond. The restaurant suggestions offered were fabulous! We would absolutely recommend this home.

Excellent location. However sheet not on bed and washing machine had things in the dryer and was broken. As mentioned by others shower was problematic, hard to hold soap and sprayer at the same time. Could use a shelf. Elderly would have a difficult time with it.

Great spot in Tarpon Springs
Exactly as described on VRBO, this great house is close to everything in the heart of Tarpon Springs. Ample parking if you have more than one car and a short walk to the sponge docks and many great restaurants around the docks, on Alt 19, or on Tarpon Ave. The home is nicely furnished and has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. Highly recommend this property. It is at the top of our list for future visits to Tarpon Springs.

Great Bungalow in a Great Location!
My husband and I and our little dogs enjoyed our week-long stay in Tarpon Springs. This house is only a block from the Sponge Docks Greek shopping, restaurants, bakeries, and water front. National Bakery is visible from the front porch and is fabulous... try the custard pastry, it's so good! The house is very nice. It is well furnished and nicely decorated with good heat/AC, TV, and wifi. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The house has everything you need as far as linens and kitchen utensils but is short on paper products; there was only one roll of paper towels, one roll of TP, no tissues and no napkins. George was easy to reach... the smoke detector started beeping and George stopped by the next day to replace the battery. Check-in and check-out were very easy (key pad entry). The neighbors are very nice. The porch is a great place to relax in the morning but the house faces south so the porch gets hot in the afternoon on sunny days. I had only minor issues with the property: 1) There is not an actual shower. The tub has a hand-held sprayer but not a regular shower head. 2) The floors were very dirty. 3) Because of the close proximity to the sponge docks, there was a good amount of traffic, pedestrians, and cars parking out front every day. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.
