We are conveniently located in the popular Gascoigne Townhome complex, a short drive or bike ride away from the quaint Saint Simons village or East Beach.

Good place to stay
Really liked the location. It is located just when you arrive on island. The unit was well decorated and furnished. There was an issue with previous occupants, they had neglected on trash disposal instructions. The owner contacted us prior to arrival and let us know. Appreciated the heads up. Anyone who stays here will find a good place to stay.

It was a exceptionally beautiful condo. We loved everything about it (except having to leave & go home 😆) especially the turtle pond😍❤🐢🐢🐢
