"Fantastic value for money. I paid £60 for a double room which was clean, spacious and had great views across to Piccadilly Station. Staff were very friendly and helpful on my arrival late in the evening following my flight. I received an upgrade free of charge. Room was very quiet considering its central location. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I am in Manchester. "

"I arrived early at 11am and thought i would just drop off my bag to the reception whilst i explored the city. But the receptionist said i could have my room already for a £2 charge. This was music to my ears as i could freshen up before heading out. Whilst staying i ordered room service which inly has an additional £6 tray charge. I got the squid rings, wings and chips which all came within 20 minutes and they were all so tasty! And lastly being tea drinkers i asked reception if i could have a couple of extra bags and they gave those free of charge. The location is great if you know the city and dont mind the extra walk (20 mins to the Arndale centre. Coming from Manchester Piccadilly station its about 12 minutes walking through the industrial estate. The room was superb and was kept clean throughout my stay. All staff were friendly, approachable and helpful when needed."

"The best hotel I’ve stayed in the past 5 years. The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and filled with extras and amenities. The bed was comfortable and the choice of different pillows was such a benefit. "
