We’ve stayed here for many years and the property now feels tired and definitely in need of an update. The air handlers are very noisy and wakes me up, the bathroom had peeling paint, just showing wear and tear.

For the second time in two months at the same hotel I received a handicap room. I am not physically handicapped so puzzled by the selection. The hotel was mostly vacant with roofers banging away into the evening. There was NO view whatsoever. I and found the level of accommodation inexplicable given the high vacancy. I stay at this hotel about eight times per year and the staff know me.

This was a nice place to stay for an overnight in the area. The shower was a flat walk in type with poor drainage so water flooded the bathroom floor. The adjustable hand held shower head kept slipping and wouldn’t stay put. Not a nice bathroom at all. The beds were comfortable.

Tuesday Election night into early Wednesday around 2:30 in the morning inexplicably doors were repeatedly slammed. Wednesday night was quiet. My room #138 was for elderly and physically challenged. This was the second and very last time I will stay in that room. My view was in the rear of the building facing a concrete abutment.

This was an exceptional hotel (as all of the Hilton Gardens appear to be from my experience.) The room was modern and the furniture comfortable and in working order. The bathroom was very up-to-date (very, very important) and the staff was beyond accommodating.

The wall heater, even when turned off, kept going on and off, making a loud noise when it did so. I could not fall asleep it was so distracting. Also, when o checked, I think the staff member was drunk. He was knocking things over and kept asking me for my credit card, which I had handed to him.
