Bad experience

1st room we stayed in was right next to the elevator and the elevator noise was unbearable, lights were not working. We got moved one room over and still could hear the loud elevator brakes, bath drain wouldn't drain and one light again wouldn't work. Will not stay again.

There was a wrist band from previous guest on the floor under a table, shower had no hot water, remote for TV didn’t work, thermostat in room didn’t work and heater ran all night, horrible lighting in room, half the lamps didn’t work, only two pillows provided in king room,

Terrible customer service would not answer calls from room..heat stuck on in room there answer was turn everything off and open window ...no microwave or mini fridge unless you pay extra 25 per And if you want water for the free coffee in the its 2.00 bottle....they dont even deserve 1 star.
