Amazing hotel close to so many things. Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Elevator is extremely small which we have encountered on this trip. Only suggestions for them is to get smaller softer pillows.

Amazing Christmas Markets Hotel
Hotel Diane Dauphine was such an amazing place to stay. The staff was great and accommodating, loved all the littles touches of having hot wine and gingerbread every evening and the breakfast aaa bar far the best I’ve seen at a hotel!

The hotel has perfect location and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only issue was the internet is very bad in the rooms.

The Gutenberg is better :(
It was fine. My room was right next to an elevator shaft and you could hear it all night. The check in process wasn’t smooth either. Breakfast is excellent though.

The staff were excellent, they were always willing to help. The underground parking is tricky due to physical size. If you had a large vehicle you would struggle to negotiate in and out of the car park.

Hotel was very clean. People helpful. The elevator takes only 2 people with luggage at one time. Breakfast was very good, nice choices. Close and easy walk to the Cathedral and old town.

The room was very nice and modern. We were disappointed to find no parking available. We didn't know that you had to reserve it in advance. Location was excellent. We didn't have breakfast here.

Great stay!
Great location and air conditioner is a plus during heat wave season! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and quiet. I will return again.
