Robert was great and super helpful, truly amazing. He made it easy to check in with my pup after a long day on the road. He was great with my dog and helped me out when i needed it. Best experience at a hotel in years

Facility only has 1 elevator. It is at the end of the hall, a good distance from many rooms. It is also very slow. you compete with guests and housekeeping. Stairs are also inconveniently located. Stay on the floor if you can.

Pick this one. It’s great for families.
Loved this hotel!!! It was spacious and in a great location. The front desk staff were very nice. There’s a basketball court for kids. They provided a well pumped up basketball. They sent text messages to check in with us. They seem to be really focused on the guests. The breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. The staff were the best. I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much on the way to our destination that we decided to stay again on our way back a week later. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the front desk lady Dionne was so friendly and helpful. We typically skip hotel breakfasts but both the food and the service were great. The breakfast area was clean and stocked and both of the employees working kept the tables washed and tidy.

The booking site I used stated there was a hot tub. This is an issue that Hampton/Hilton has been aware of however has not fully addressed. The female agent that did the checkout took care of us and was very helpful with this problem. Hotel is dark and dated overall.
