"I was very impressed with the quality / price ratio of the hotel. What impressed me most was the attentiveness of the kind & professional staff. Additionally the rooms were clean, modern & well featured. Dining and reception areas were open & inviting. Buffet breakfast (which was included for my stay) was comprehensive, abundant and well presented & tended to. Thoroughly impressed. Thank you "

"I was In the old part and it needs updating badly. Excited when I saw a spa bath in my room but bath was worn around the plug area and not appealing so wasted. Toilet was stained with brown as old. Taps on sink worn and spun round a lot before water came out. "

"Incredibly good value for money. Spotlessly clean, large rooms, comfy beds, terrific breakfast buffet, good bar. Only minor gripe was a lack of staff in the bar area on Sunday after breakfast. Took a while to get a coffee, then staff dissappeared again. If you're staying with kids, note you can have 2 adults & 2 kids under 12 in one room, with a king sized & queen sized bed. We didnt pick up on this & booked adjoining rooms. They delivered a activity/snack bag for the kids to the room, nice touch. Despite the minor gripes we were very impressed with the hotel & would recommend. "
