Service/staff was excellent. Food at the restaurant was excellent too. The only negative was some toothpaste left in my sink. It made me question the cleanliness of the room. It seemed clean though.

Our stay at the Craftsman Inn was very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. We dined at the restaurant twice the service was excellent, the foodxwas good, and the ambiance was great.

I felt unsafe at night due to inability to find parking( due to shared parking lot with restaurant next door..i told mgmt this was poor planning along with them having poor lighting at night in lots at at building entrances). Safety should always be high on tbe priority list

Beautiful building but our room was loud
Our room was at the front of the building next to the restaurant. It was exceedingly loud. We could hear the water running through the refrigerator lines in the room at all times and the heater woke us up each time it kicked on due to the rattling sound.

My only suggestion would be that the refrigerator would have been plugged in and turned on. I had went out to get beverages and put them in my refrigerator. Left to go sight seeing. To come back to warm drinks later that night. At which point i had to go back out to a gas station to purchase cold drinks.
