I know the hotel is undergoing construction, but even in the rooms that are open, small things like the toilets keep running and have to open the tank and jiggle the handle to make it stop, my bathroom fan upon arriving was smoking and had to transfer rooms (which they handled perfectly), but just going through each room and checking for repairs. There was a Cheerio in the walk-in closet on the floor, just the small things that add up.

Very pleasant stay. The lovely lady at breakfast was very welcoming and pleasant. The room was newly renovated and everything seemed new, feom the beddings, carpet and washroom. Very comfortable stay, inwould definitely stay there again.

The young guy at the front desk was great. I forgot my card at the desk and re ran it up to my room. He could have easily just called the room to tell me i could come pick it up but clearly he's cut if the right cloth for customer service. Keep him on!!
