Great hiotel and value for money. Staff excellent. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Hot tub was not working so would have been good to mention that when booking. One of the reasons we chose this Hotel was for the hot tub.

The Room was not cleaned and serviced for the second nights stay. The desk lady did bring me towels but I was disappointed to come back after a long day at the hospital and find the bed not made and floor not cleaned and to have to call the desk for clean towels. A discount on the charge would have been appropriate to cover the lack of maid service.

The room had poor ventilation. Bed smelt gross. Towels felt and looked like rags. Way too expensive and bad quality. Definitely not the experience I was looking for in McCall. I did like the breakfast and the staff was friendly.
