This hotel is horrible. Overall quality was unclean. When I arrived at the property no one informed me the Wi-Fi was down. When I inquired I was told the manager was working on it. It was clear no one was working on it. I was then informed I could bring my device to their office to use their WiFi. The television in the room did not work properly. Staff came up to fix it then it worked. There was no hot water in the shower, but there was hot water in the sink. Lastly the elevator had turbulence every time it went down. Do not stay here

Room furniture was outdated and some of the dresser drawers were broken. Carpet was as dirty and the water out of the sink had a sulfur smell to it. The one window we had was dirty and no privacy shade.

I travel a lot, so have lots of experiences with hotels. This facility was obviously old and outdated. No extra outlets near beds for charging phones, the bathtub was worn and rusted around the drain. Could not bring myself to take a bath in it. There was an odor to the room that smelled like there was an attempt to mask an odor. I paid approximately $250 for the night (dbl normal rate) as I was there for a special event in the area. Did not get what I paid for. We did have to change rooms because the carpet under the AC unit was soaked. The person at the desk who checked us in and then got us another room was extremely polite and accommodating. He could not have been nicer. This whole building needs an overhaul. In the future I would probably pay a little more for a nicer accommodation. Wasn’t worth the money I saved.

Not up yo "Suite" expectations..not even close
I reserved and paid for a king suite. From my extensive experience a foyer type bathroom when you walk in theroom and a king size bed doesn't make this very basic room with a mini frig and tiny microwave a "King Suite". When comin in after hours the roomcard key would've open the door and no one answered the buzzer; for us or the people before us. The smell of the bldg was moldy old and not enough parking. No back entrance for when theres no where to park except the dark back of the bldg

The water was barely luke warm on pure hot. Toilet was clogged when we got to the room. I called the front desk and was told someone would come take care of it but never did. Room also had a strong mold smell. Mattress was old and hard too
