Door deadlock did not work. Floor was dirty. Airconditioner was very noisy with a high pitched screech. No hand towels in the room. Shower spigets were not properly turned off so when shower was turned on, water shot straight out and flooded floor.

Arrived at check-in time and found the a/c off in our room. It was a very hot 88 degrees in there so we turned on the unit and went downstairs in the very cool lobby until the room was comfortable enough. We also requested an additional hand towel but were told they were out. Our feeling is the property is starting to skimp on quality.
