Staff extremely friendly and helpful. They had the room location that I had specifically requested. Room was in poor shape and needs a lot of rehabilitation work done on it.

It was okay not fabulous. A little noisy, the room backed up on a highway. No elevators, it was basically a 2 story motel where every room was accessible from the street or balcony. It served our needs, but I’m not sure I would recommend it to others.

The staff were very polite and obliging to my requests. The room was pleasantly larger than I expected and spotless.The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. I had no complaints whatsoever and would definitely stay again on my next visit to Temecula. Exceptional value for good such accomodation.

It checked all the boxes and very affordable. A bit noisy on the backside, closest to the freeway but with earplugs I slept thru the night. I would stay again. Just the right distance from Old Town.

Loved the place that it was so close to Oldtown Temecula. It was easy check-in and the rooms are updated. Service was excellent through the three we spoke with on out entire stay. Would stay here again :)

The staff was great. Hotel is dated but clean enough. small couch in room had a wear tear on one of the arms. Price a bit high for the age of hotel. Location was very convenient for my needs.
