This place is disgusting. The rooms are extremely small. There are people living out of this hotel like an apartment building. The beds are so dirty and were not made when we got there. The doors have a big gap and do not seal all the way. The front staff is rude. I immediately asked for a refund due to the conditions of the room and was told no. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Furniture old continental breakfast limited lighting not good. They need to upgrade because the bathroom toilet rusted. Odor smell old for the price they need to fix the rooms I was told my room was the best one which was not satisfactory but I stayed because I didn’t know the area and the mall was right across the parking lot. The advertisement photo is not how this place looks at all

Ask for a non-smoking room and this room has a horrible smell of cigarettes and I am a person who suffers from asthma, it is unacceptable for me to sleep in a room like that, the bathroom was very dirty and deteriorated... it really is the worst stay I have ever had in my life.

I could see daylight around my door when closed. Patches on drywall in room. Outside walkway was so dirty. Almost walk away but was not sure where we would stay. Will never go again.
