Great Stay! Would stay again!
The staff at this hotel are very hardworking and friendly. Jacob was such a joy to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We (my family and I) stayed in one of their suites which had a door separating the living room with a couch bed and two queen size beds. The room was perfect, with microwave, refrigerator and most of all privacy and space. I would definitely stay here again. They also have free breakfast and a heated pool (although heat wasn’t on was still very pleasant).

Check in was great. The lady at the counter was very helpful. Knowing that I would be leaving early in the morning, I asked if I would be able to get muffins or anything. She said that should not be an issue. Also, if the hot food was already out they would let me get some of that too. That was not the case the next morning. They did ask me if I wanted muffins or something. They did not look very appealing so I did not take anything. Just to give an update because it looked like it had been a while since anybody had said anything they do not have a hot tub at the pool, even though the signs on the pool door says "pool and whirlpool". The room was clean, but nowhere close to immaculate. Softest bath towels I've had at a hotel in a very long time. To me the bed was comfortable.

We stayed in room #304. The room smelled like somebody had smoked a lot there. In the evening and then in the morning we had no hot water, so we had to take cold shower. This issue was fixed only after we complained about it.

For a Radisson I expected better quality since it's supposed to be an upscale hotel. We reserved through a third party and ended up not getting what we reserved and the room was not completely clean. Carpets not vacuumed for sure RM 311

Motel is right off Hway 45, easy access to Tinley Park restaurants and shopping. Nice, clean and quiet. Would go back if we returned to the area!

Be sure to bring your own soap/shower gel, as the only soap in the room was a small bar at the sink for handwashing. The room was spacious and the neighborhood was quiet and safe.
