Note: the elevator is out of order (8/2/2024). They called ahead and offered to let me cancel as I had a room on second floor. I’m happy I stayed. I needed quiet and rest and comfort. It provided all three.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I paid and arrived 20 minutes later only to be told that I could not have a room due to their computer issues not allowing guest to check in or check out. My money has still not arrived back to my account. Got no help finding another hotel and had to sleep in my vehicle.

The property is old and dirty. The elevator did not work for my entire 5 night stay. mattress was stained. The bathroom wreaked of pee. The furniture was terribly soiled. Found old dirty AirPods beside the bed. Room wasn’t serviced. Had to keep asking for the amount of towels. Booked the room for 6 and was NEVER accommodated for six people. Carpet was soiled. Washer and dryer out of service. Jeremy fields did not offer an apology for this horrible stay upon check out. Told us to take it up with our third party we booked with.

Property and hotel were clean and well kept. Didn't hear any neighbors. Checked mattress for cleanliness and all good. Multiple mattress covers. Sheets were laundered and clean. Morning breakfast was good. Nice selection of items. Have stayed here previously and will book again if in the area.

Check in was terrible! My wife tried to check in because I had not arrived and the clerk gave her a really hard time because I was not there. The reservation was made through Hotels.com under my account and they finally had to call in the supervisor to let her check in. This is the first time EVER we have had this happen. We travel extensively since we are retired and if this is the regulations of Holiday Inn or Hotels.com, we will use someone else to handle our travels

People were nice, beds were super hard.
Missing a shear in the window. Beds were the hardest I have ever slept on (I have stayed in a lot of hotels). Floor was dirty.

We arrived at the property at about 4:00 PM and was told that our room wasn’t ready and they would call us when it was ready. At 6:30 PM I called them to ask if room was ready. They said it was ready. Open arriving to check in, we learned that our room was on the 3 rd floor and the elevator wasn’t working. There were no other rooms available in the area, so we had to accept that and carry all of our bags up the stairs. We are in our late 70’s and it was stressful. During the stay, the body wash in the shower ran out. We notified the front desk in the morning, and upon arriving back that evening, the body wash was still empty. I had to go back down to front desk and pickup some body wash myself.
