Very cool hotel. I’ve stayed here multiple times. If you book the launch view rooms, you are able to see launches from the Kennedy Space Center (and you can see parts of the center itself). Generally clean and always friendly staff (although amenities such as gym towels and whatnot aren’t always stocked, but you just need to ask if not). Definitely need a car if you’re staying here, nothing is within walking distance to my knowledge.

I like the cleaning, but the staff seem to be a bit cold in general, maybe not well trained. We were not greeted with a "welcome" or anything like that, but I heard the family who checked in after his were greeted very nicely with small chat. I am not sure if the staff assumed that we couldn't speak much English because we are Asians. By the way, we are actually "locals" from NJ.
