The room was small, but that was expected. You have to live out of your suitcase, no dresser or closet. You can't control the thermostat, they control temperature, all you can control is the power to it. Really inconvenient considering you can't open the window, had to prop my door open to get relief from the humidity. The 24 hour Lawson market is really cool to have, and the river view from my room makes up for the temperature issues. And yes, the elevator situation is brutal at times, despite different designation for higher and lower levels. All in all it was fine, but I think I'm gonna stay someplace else next time I'm in Tokyo.

The staff are friendly and helpful. It's very convenient to buy necessities in the in-house convenience store even til late. Housekeeping do a great job at replenishing used items. Just be careful of peak times close to check out - it will be busy and the lifts will be full.

Really busy over all. Don’t plan on getting laundry done if you don’t do it during the day. Tons of rooms and tons of people washing cloths. Bring your own detergent 👍

Great location, great place to stay!

Pros; Great location only a 6 minute walk to the Ryogokun station which can connect you anywhere! Also next to that train station there is a long road with plenty of food options including some amazing sushi & Ramen. Convenience store located on property made it easy to grab snacks for a light breakfast. 7-11 also next to the train station. Mini fridge in room. Number one benefit in my opinion was the onsen! It was so amazing to have a nice hot soak at the end of each day! Made me sleep like a baby. I stayed on an upper floor and the view was spectacular. I had absolutely zero issues waiting on the elevator up or down, maybe it had something to do with being on an upper floor? There were dedicated elevators for upper and lower floors. The bed was very comfortable. Cons: absolutely zero storage space. You are meant to live out of your suitcase. It stores underneath your elevated bed. So I just went with it and pulled it out each day. They do give you a cover for protecting your bed. Only other thing I was not expecting was there is no temperature control in the rooms. I got lucky because I went in January and February so the room was slightly cool already which is how I prefer it. If you want to warm it up on a cold winter day or if it was in the summer I don't know how that would work. Again I had no problems with it, it was just worth a mention. Overall I would stay at this hotel again and this brand! Service was impeccable.

You can’t count with the staff of the reception, they are like a robots , no solutions, no interaction, they say they don’t have supervisor . They don’t try to help you . I ask the first day for information for one tour , they don’t now nothing , ask them for the service of transfer the suit case to the airport and they only give a tag to scan , I ask for taxi averages prices to the airport, the lady answered they are a Hotel and don’t know . Was very disappointed. They don’t existing
