Great location. The staff is very professional and helpful. We really enjoyed the public bath (close to being in an Onsen). However, the room and especially the bathroom is too small. Very difficult for two people to move around.

It would be better if the air conditioner mode can be switched. There is only heat mode in winter and the mode cannot be switched. Overall is good. The location is near the station and there is a convenience store inside the hotel.

The Good: Checking was easy and took 5 minutes, rooms are kept clean at a consistent rate, and you get new towels at your door everyday, is also pretty nice to a Lawson inside the hotel. The bad: The elevator system sucks, get ready to spend some time waiting for it show up. Hotel has a central AC system, that's fine the issue is you can never set the unit in the room to cold/heat it is set via the building, which makes no sense because the hallways are nice and cold while my rooms was an oven. The ugly: Was trying to send my luggage to this hotel from my previous one, and no one ever answered the phone so delivery couldn't be scheduled

Great and convenient location within walking distance to two train stations. The room is small but clean, and functional for our purposes. However, our room was unbelievably and nearly unbearably hot and dry, and there is no way to control the temperature. Sleeping in the room was absolutely awful and we heavily considered wedging the door to the main hall open at night for the slightest bit of air circulation. Because of this, I wouldn't stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it. There are so many other hotels in the area that I'd rather take my chances with. The pool, which is advertised heavily on the hotel and booking sites, is seasonal and not actually open for half the year. Not a bit deal for us, but still felt like false advertisement.

Wonderful hotel near to Ryogoku station and the Sumo arena. Pleasant onsen. Small rooms but adequate with under bed luggage storage. Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast buffet. Beautiful skyline views from the roof. Outstanding teppanyaki restaurant with million dollar views.

For last minute hotel change, it was easy to book, self check in was easy and there was staff there to help you if you had any questions. So friendly, room was a little small but for last min booking it did its job. I would definitely book again

The location was absolutely perfect! Both the metro and the bus stations are within a 3-min walk from the hotel. The room is very small but serves its purpose. The price through Expedia is worth it! Highly recommend!
