Room was not cleaned daily though it was advised on the day of arrival, so the guest had to wait until the third day of the 7-day stay, to have clean towels and fresh toiletries.
Certain hotel staff at counter may need training as when guest asked for location directions, he showed lack of keenness to explains.
With a not so conveniently location (over 1.2km) to main train station, this hotel should provide a local map with a clear hotel position highlighted in the map, and it only required one piece of paper from the hotel. The guest got one copy from the counter later on only when asked for the map from the counter. The map itself though, did not clearly highlight about hotel’s location such as the route to Tokyo Station as an example.
On the day when the room was serviced (finally after having stayed for two nights), the guest returned from a log exhausting trip and found a long black hair sitting next to the pillow, yuck. Since the guest is a male and had no visitors, just wonder what happened?
Overall floor cleanliness is not so good as the guest got dust in hand when trying to pick up a personal belonging dropped near the bed.
Improvement is required, please.
