The message of changing guest# was not informed when message was sent a month ago via Expedia account. No Japanese workers, all other Asian workers. Front desk agent tried to blame on us for not making a request for changing in advance, but it was a done month ago through Expedia. Was not polite, had to argue back to correct the number of guests at desk, made others uncomfortable and worried. Property itself was old. There was a washer in ONE of our rooms when I was told there would be one in each room, which we booked TWO rooms. There was Washer but NO Dryer... how could we do any laundry there... Glass was shuttered in hall way. No view to see from room, much smaller than you see on these pics in Expedia.

Centurion Hotel Residential Akasaka is in a great location. It is an old building, however is well maintained and cosy. Room is very small, typical of most Japanese hotel rooms. My room had a small balcony with a table and chairs which was added value and well used. Many cafes, restaurants, bars and convenience stores nearby. Close to station and shopping.

Right by the Akasaka Station with super friendly and helpful staff. When our WiFi device was left on the train from NRT they called a couple places every day until it was found and then messaged me to left me know so I didn't have to cancel my Disney trip and could just go get the thing. Highly recommend this place for sure!

We had a four night stay in a 5th story room with kitchen efficiency, small fridge, washing machine, and outdoor private terrace (no microwave or Kurig). The hotel is very well run and the staff at the desk are friendly and always responsive. The cleaning staff do a nice job tending to the room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower stall was awesome. The AC worked well and quietly. The terrace was great with room for 4 adults and lots of privacy. The biggest drawback is the toilet is in a closet near the entrance while the shower and bath sink are at the other end of the room. It's annoying to have to go through two doors to wash your hands after using the toilet. Also there was NO shelf space at the bathroom sink so you need to store your personal toiletries on the floor. All in all the good outweighed the bad but layout kind of strange. I would stay there again for the service, bed, and private terrace. It was our first trip to Tokyo and I can highly recommend Akasaka. Two metro stations nearby and many restaurants and shops. Plenty of action until 10p but then quiets down nicely.

Disappointed about having to pay extra (per night) to rent a cord to connect phone to TV, so that we could watch Netflix of an evening. Staying on second floor meant noise from street below traveled up and was quite loud especially on Friday and Saturday nights, but this is to be expected. For the price of the stay breakfast inclusion would’ve been amazing. The location was convenient. The floor in the room wasn’t overly clean, the room was small with limited storage space, but we appreciated having the room made up with fresh towels, bottles of water etc when we went out of a morning. I would probably try a different hotel next time.

Very convenient and in a great part of Tokyo. Lots of shops, restaurants, and bars you could go to 24/7, and it was still quiet in the room at night which was great. Also very close to the metro to get around anywhere. The front desk was very friendly and the room itself was pretty spacious with 2 nice porches. There’s definitely nicer hotels around but not at the price of this one. There were 3 in our group (all men), so one took the futon while 2 were on the bed with no issues at all. I would certainly stay here again!

Staff and location are excellent. Lots of dining options in the area. Close to the metro stations to quickly hit up the tourist spots. Small room but you probably won’t be spending much time there other than for sleeping. Laundry machines on site

There are windows inside the room but shaded windows. You cannot see outside nor open them. The windows curtain so dusty if you slide it. There was an electrical mini stove inside but no pan provided. Really useless. We lived there for 5 nights and did not even ask for any cleaning but asked for laundry detergent couple times. When you asked for laundry detergents at the front desk which they stated are free, they only give you one small package. When you ask for more, they will give you a look. I have 3 ppl, one package a day not too much especially is very hot in the summer. Definitely need to wash all of the cloth each day. What different for us to ask them each day instead of we just ask couples time especially hard to find a front desk lady that understands English.

We stayed in a family room with bunk beds in the annex. Very convenient and comfortable and friendly staff helped us with early check in (reasonable fee) and local tips for our stay. Not top-end but everything worked as it should, clean, comfortable effecive aircon and decent shower.
