Everything is pretty good outside of the laundry situation. Dryer doesn't dry as much, and requires a key for entry which causes it to be a bit tedious. TV did not have many options either, so try to bring a firestick/download a movie. Outside of that, everything is good, its cheap, really good location, and great A/C, even has a good restaurant next door.

The hotel was very close to two subway lines. We bought 72-hour Tokyo Subway Tickets at the front desk and explored the city mostly by subway. There were convenient stores nearby, but the supermarkets in this area were relatively small and had limited selection of fruits (We liked to taste local in-season fruits on our trips). The room was small, but we still had enough room to lay two suitcases flat on the floor. The amenities were a little dated, and the bathroom smelled a bit moldy, but the visible spaces were clean. The only real complaint was that breakfast lacked variety. There were 3 set menu choices, Japanese, Western, and congee. We tried Japanese and congee during our multi day stay, and the items in each choice basically remained the same. Had we known that beforehand, we would not have booked room with breakfast. Instead, we would have bought things from the convenient store next door. The Honganji Cafe Tsumugi nearby also served breakfast (but it could be busy as it appeared to be a popular place in the morning).

Close to train stations, Tsukiji Market and Matsuya Mall. Lots of dining places around. Lawson is right next door. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Excellent Choice and Location
Great location and value. We love the surroundings and convenience of Tokyo Metro. Staff services were best in class. Breakfast was good as well. Highly recommend to book value as they got sold out quickly.

Eco-friendly in Tokyo
Really convenient location to a couple of metro lines and a 5 or so minute walk to the fish market. Efficient check-in and a good hotel for eco-conscious travellers. Rooms are small, as is standard for Tokyo. I'd recommend the twin bed for couples wanting space.

This Hotel was just perfect! Location is great, 2 minutes walk from 2 different metro lines. Less that 30 minutes walk from Tokyo Station, a major metro/train station. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The room was super clean, with a fridge and desk. I really enjoyed my stay there

Reasonably Priced and Clean
Reasonably priced and clean hotel that is aging. I am sure they are doing some updates soon. For us it was an excellent to walk to the Tsukiji market first thing in the morning. It was a short walk and allowed us to move on to other adventures planned for the day. This is also reasonably walkable to lots of high class shopping.
