Found hair on the toilet seat the first day when I checked in. A bit disgusting. House keeping at other days was good. Two convenient store nearby. Many choices of restaurants within 10 mins of walk.

Small room but, comfortable. Some of the staff knew English and I was able to communicate. Easy entrance to the subway station. We really enjoyed the happy hour with complementary drink and cocktails. We didn’t booked the breakfast and the day that we wanted to eat there the girl at the front said it was sold out so, if you want to eat early book the option with breakfast just for convenience.

Property is within walking distance from Tokyo Station, but if you’ve got large luggage you might want to take a cab which costs about yen1500 or $9.80 The hotel room we booked was very spacious by Japan standards which allowed us to leave our two full size suitcases open on the floor without obstructing our way. My only negative was the yen4000 breakfast buffet, so we walked the neighborhood to find some great options. For exploring the city by local train there are several local train station entrances just within a couple blocks perimeter. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel location is very good - close to a subway stop, walkable to the Ginza shopping area plus a few restaurants. The staff speak good English and are polite. Our triple room was the smallest we have had in Japan but it was ok for 1 night. We enjoyed the free drinks and canapé sized snacks in the afternoon and wine in the early evening, thank you. The room and bathroom were clean.

This hotel was only 4 blocks from the train station and less then a block from the subway. Safe, clean, walkable, with a very helpful staff. The included happy hour was an excellent bonus at the end of the day.

There wasn't even room between the bed and the wall to pass through - even though the bed was against one wall. Staff seemed cold - untypical for Japan. I guess that was because they weren't Japanese. I saved this hotel for our last 2 special nights in Tokyo. Close to $700 wasted. I feel ripped off.

The service and staff were amazing; so friendly, helpful and always pleasant to us. The buffet breakfast was so good and so many options. We also liked that there were refreshments, snacks, happy hour and soup at night. Our rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The cleaning staff did a great job and re stocked items we needed in the room. This was our favorite hotel we stayed at in Japan. We will definitely come back to Hotel Intergate in Tokyo and try their sister hotels in other cities.

Great location in the business district.
Very convenient location to the East of Tokyo Station. Not a lot of restaurants in the area, but the access to multiple train lives makes it worth it.

Great stay.
Good location, great staff and breakfast and only 10 min walk from Tokyo Station (south exit). We even got pajamas for our night! Great hang out area on reception floor with beverages and coffee by 6 am. Yay! We get to Tokyo now and then, used to live here for several years, this is a good solid hotel stay when you want the east side of Tokyo area.
