Reserved room for a guest, the surrounding area had trash and cigarette butts in millions. The bed sheets and blanket had yellow stains and pillows were nasty and smelly, seems they never launder anything. Bathroom towels had stains and were worn out. Then the mattress you could feel the springs and smelled like urine. We had to bring our own sheets pillows and blanket from home. When brought to the attention the staff seemed unconcerned as if normal. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL even if it’s free.

I found bed bugs in my room on the pillow. This was after seeing a used condom outside the door, a broken lock, broken dresser handle, dirty socks and towels on the floors, and hair everywhere. I left immediately after seeing the bed bugs (about 2am) and the front desk person said refunds were only available first shift when the manager is there. I came back the next morning. The manager told me that my pictures and videos of the bed bugs didn’t prove that it was his hotel, and said that a refund will only be given after pest control evaluates the room to see if there are actually bed bugs. Basically accused me of lying and acted like anything I said was irrelevant. Disgusting hotel and disgusting owner.
