The property looked like it should’ve been torn down. Broken windows, curtains falling from windows and the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. Very dissatisfied. Would like a refund!

I like a cup of coffee to start my day. Despite advertising a breakfast, no cream or sugar was provided even after it being requested. I had to change rooms because the tv in the first room didn’t work. I had to move all my luggage again, when all I wanted to do was collapse on my bed and relax and watch tv.

What a nightmare; starting at booking
Absolutely filthy. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, stains on the sheets, unvacuumed floor, dirt on the bathroom floor and the bathroom ceiling fan was coming out of the ceiling which created a hole in the ceiling. The room was disgusting. When we arrived, the parking lot was not shoveled from the snow at all. Many cars were stuck and parked in the middle of the lot. How dangerous. The people working also seemed like they did not care about the parking lot being so incredibly dangerous. My experience was awful. The room felt itchy and disgusting. No comfort from the moment I entered the parking lot. Overall, my experience was terrible. Not to mention I tried to book a pet friendly hotel and used hotels.com filter. I booked this hotel and in the confirmation they had a notice saying no pets allowed or there would be a $250 fine. When I reached out to hotels.com to cancel, they couldn’t because Super8 couldn’t connected them to the correct person to cancel my booking. So hotels.com told me my only options were to wait for a confirmation of a cancellation which would take 24 hours or keep the booking. I was traveling and didn’t not have the funds or time to wait and purchase another reservation elsewhere. Hotels.com DID NOT care and wouldn’t accommodate in any way to help me out. False advertising is not okay; whether it’s Super8 confirmation being false OR hotels.com filtering incorrectly. The stress is unnecessary. My entire experience was horrible.

I wouldnt stay here.
It was dirty, not helpful staff, checking out took 10 mins, and the parking lot was terrible, i got stuck multiple times, and they didnt even offer to help, consequently was late to work. Really need to pay to have the parking lit cleared. Was noisy all night a d smelled like weed in the office and down the hall.

Property needs an update. Included consisted of 2 jugs of Hawaiian Punch. Toast or a waffle. Room overall was fine. But the outside looked rough. Was in walking distance of a couple of nice restaurants. Staff wasn't very helpful.

Is was horrible. Would not recommend. The room was dirty. The toliet backed up and we were judt given a plunger to fix it ourselves. There was no smoke detector and there was.no breakfast like it said was provided. Really have nothing good to say about this place.

Avoid at all costs.
Needed a place to sleep while traveling cross country, Super 8 is normally a decently reliable value option. I didn’t go in with particularly high expectations but this place is heinously bad. From arrival the desk worker and her boyfriend were smoking in the front lobby. Pulled a bait and switch from the room I had reserved through the app, and said only one totally different option was available. Entire facility is dirty and smells terrible, everything is broken. “Breakfast” is a single carafe of watered down coffee, gallon of unrefrigerated warm milk, a loaf of white bread and tub of butter. The average crack den probably has higher standards than this place.

First off they didnt speak much english. They gave us a non smiking room when i reserved a smoking room. Got into the non smoking room and the light didnt work. I went to front office n they put us in a smoking room. Again light didnt work, no ice bucket or cups, curtain half off rod, toilet didnt flush had to pludge it, shower rod broken, no smoke alarm just wires hanging from ceiling. No breakfast except for dry cereal and bread for toast with only butter. There was another lady asked desk clerk where is breakfast and he said the continal breakfast is just on weekends. We pay for the breakfast as part of our reservation. Not just cereal and bread. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE! We should get our money back.

This was probably the most unsafe, filthy Super 8 I have ever stayed at. As a medical traveler I always look for a Super 8. Great Rates, Nice Establishment & Friendly Personnel. This one was a Nickle & Dime Drug Drop & basicly a "No Tell Motel" I tried to cancel my room after I paid for it and ended letting them keep the money and headed to the Country Inn Suites across the street.
