They call it Lakes Resort, Resort implies activities, restaurant etc, they have a lap pool, a spa (wasn't working), and a sauna I think. Did not see an option for advertised Continental Breakfast. Most rooms face residential properties, not the view. You need to drive to restaurants. Very good price for a short stay, very clean, nice view from pool but more like a Motel.

Lovely big unit, perfect for a family
We had booked a two bedroom apartment but were upgraded to a three bedroom which was very spacious. We were travelling with a 2 year old and there wasn't any carpet or rug for him to play on (in fact we thought it would be a perfect pet friendly resort). Also no bath tub. Furniture in the living room was old and not in good condition.

Nice view, but won’t be returning. When we checked in, we were told to park on the street as only the bottom floor guests have access to those. We booked the queen bedroom penthouse. The room was dirty, and even the cleaners didn’t take out the rubbish bin that was left full with a bunch of empty wine bottles surrounding it. The drains in both bathrooms smell. We tried pouring water down, but didn’t change anything. If the manager reading this wants to chat about this and further feedback, please let me know. I would have given this feedback on site if there was any staff around to give it. The reception desk was closed by 5pm when the hours were listed until 6pm.

Disappointing
Was a little disappointed with this property. Not sure if you could call it a resort. The fittings and fixtures throughout the room needed a full replacement. Place looked a little rundown for such a relatively new property. Service was very casual and car parking was always full and very limited street parking due to No Parking signs everywhere. Unlikely to stay here again.

All apartments have designated parking spots and no one respects that not even management.They don't adhere to this allowing guests to park where they want and patrons with parking are unable to park in their designated spot. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighbors.. Be aware of the noise you make.

It was only ok. The rooms had a cold feel about them, no carpet just cold floors. The rooms were painted with a cool colour which didn’t help. It was pretty clean in the room itself. I didn’t feel very safe coming back at night as it was pretty dark there. The restaurant was not open so I asked the receptionist where could I get a nice breakfast and she suggested McDonald’s. The view from my room was someone’s house. I was disappointed but it was enough just for one night. I think carpet and a hanging a few pictures in the room would make it less stark. The bathroom was small but nice and the kitchen eas done nicely. I was shocked to find that there was no wardrobe or closet to hang clothes. The TV Ariel socket was broken . The girl that worked there was pleasant and did her best to help me.

We were paying extra to pay on arrival, only to be told that our credit card had already been charged. Moved to a different room as the original was very noisy. New room was clean but furniture very old. Verandah furniture was broken, bed that we slept in had the support slats fall out during the night. No one was in attendance at the office next morning for check out to report this to. In fact no one appeared to be in attendance at the office whenever we walked past. Not a well run motel, in our opinion
