I have stayed at this property once a year for the last 4 years.. it’s very close to all the fun things a family would want to do. My only complaint is that the rooms and hotel as a whole is starting to show its age and could really use a refresher. Rooms are dated, as well and furnishings.

Liked the clean and good sized beach. Beach chairs could have been better. Breakfast offering was a poor holdover from covid days. Better to offer donuts and bagels in the lobby. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The outside is lovely. The staff is friendly. The beds were great. The room is dated which I get. But the AC over our bed was disgusting and the doors and walls needed cleaning. The furniture needed wiping. I did clean myself what I could and what I saw because I personally can’t sit there and look at something dirty and not clean it. But the AC is a different story. It’s just signs of neglect which I don’t appreciate since it’s such a lovely property with lovely staff.
