We enjoyed our stay once again! Very clean and well kept. Greeted when we arrived, checked in very quickly. Good description where to park & enter that would be closet to our room. Hallways & lobby very clean, pleasant atmosphere, very inviting. Room was very clean and well stocked. Breakfast arrived on time but wish there was a "hot water pot" by the coffee pot instead of needing to ask for it when I need it. The only thing I think that would have been helpful was salt on the area by the front door. I know the weather wasn't great due to ice in the area but it was pretty slick! (Just a suggestion!)

Quiet, comfortable room!

We arrived a wee bit early but were able to check in with the very friendly lady at the counter. Arrived to lots of snow but our path was cleaned of snow. The entry & hallway was very clean. Our room was awesome! Had a 1st floor, perfect for us. The room was very clean and everything was well stocked for our stay. Plenty of VERY soft towels, washcloths and hand towels, shampoo, lotion, only 1 bar of soap, two would be better, coffee, tea, cups. Clean fridge & microwave. One of the main things we noticed, you couldn't hear ANYTHING outside the room. NO doors shutting, people talking or tv's on. Amazing how quiet our room was. The room was the best I think we have ever had. Ran into the cleaning lady as we were leaving...she was SO FRIENDLY and wished us a great day! We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

It’s fine.

The place is fine. That’s it. Situated on a very fortunate plot of bay front property the Sugar and Grand Beach are affordable and family friendly. The coffee is terrible but they have Moomers, so all good.

My friends and I went there for a girls weekend for my birthday. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the parking was easy. It is located in a great spot and the views were wonderful. The pool was a bit too chilly but the hot tub was a great temperature. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

It was ok but room for improvement

I chose a large suite for my family because I have stayed in it before. This time it’s wasn’t as clean flooring not vacuumed gold fish found by the windows and screws from broken dining chairs under the dining table. On our last night they had a snow removal company rearranging snow piles in the parking lot for over an hour and the beeping noise was so loud that I couldn’t sleep and the back up lights were so bright that it lit the whole room up so no sleeping for me.

What a nice get-a-way

Started out with a great price thru HOTELS.COM ( recommend this site ) the hotel was on the water side of Traverse City with a beautiful beach ( although it was a bit covered in snow ( Feb 1st 2025) Upon entering the establishment you could see that it was a WELL TAKEN care of property. Although the swimming pool was near the registration area there was NO SMELL of chlorine ( that’s a great thing). The hotel has an elevator bringing us to our 3rd floor room . The halls were clean and up to date. Upon entering the room we noticed a HUGE PLUS!!!! A FRIDGE , A MICROWAVE, A COFFEE MACHINE WITH LOTS OF STARBUCKS, A TABLE & CHAIR SET & 2 SINKS !!!! One in the bathroom ( of course) and one by the Microwave . The bathroom had a very nice walk in shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable with all the nice pillows. The large screen tv was nice. I think the breakfast sent to your room in the morning ( u pick the time ) was a nice touch. Checkout was easy-peasy . All in all, a very nice anniversary get a way was had at this nice Hotel . And the staff, so nice , and helpful.
