Nice hotel
Overall this is a nice hotel. Great view of beach and the bay from our balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room's tv wouldn't work, couldn't connect to its satellite, so that was a little frustrating. Staff tried to fix it twice but still no luck. Room was nice and spacious. One area near the bed needing moping, but otherwise a clean room. We would stay here again.

Definitely an older property that needs some updating. The view is beautiful and so is the beach area. The rooms aren't sealed well and traffic noise is loud. Needs a full length mirror, and some deep cleaning.

Nice waterfront view from balcony. Room is dated and needs updating. Can hear every step people in the room above you take all day and night. If you’re going to stay here request a room on the top floor. Pay close attention to your bank or credit card information if you prepay as some people working at front desk erroneously charged me and am still waiting for the pending charges to drop off.

I liked how nice it was there staff was great and everything. What i didnt like was the tv box was on the wall so it wouldn't work unless u stood by the tv to run it and i also never got told thelat there was a 100 dallor deposit even if i used my dept card and wont receive the deposit for a month

I’ll start by saying the staff is friendly and the location/view is wonderful. However, the “penthouse” we stayed in for 2 nights was not wonderful. The carpet and table chair fabric was filthy with many stains. The sliding door blinds were very dirty with several missing pieces so you can’t completely close them. Hard floors were very dirty under furniture, like that’s where stuff (including hair and fingernails) got swept to. The shower water has an unpleasant odor that was very noticeable during every use. Dust and spider webs visible on the track lighting and ceiling fan. Room 411 really needs a thorough cleaning and updates! No central air, wall units only. At nearly $800 for 2 nights and a penthouse title we expected a clean room. Parking was easy and the grab and go breakfast was convenient. Unfortunately, based on the condition of the specific room we had, we won’t return.

Overall we did enjoy the stay and would possibly stay here again, it’s in a great location, easy parking, beautiful views from the room. Only slightly disappointed because it is quite outdated, not as clean in some areas just due to being older, things could definitely stand to be redone. And the breakfast was way less than advertised.

The property was very well kept. Room was very clean, could use a little paint freshening up some wear and tear. Bed was very comfortable. Room was large with a great view. Could use a vending machine for snacks, chips, candy and or options in the office area. Staff were extremely helpful and very nuce.
