Do not choose this hotel

The first room they assigned to us was so dirty that I told my kids not to take off their shoes! The floor was filthy. We were given a different room and while it wasn’t much better, it was better. The pool closes at eight and the hot tub was not heated. Pool the pool and hot tub were frigid. Breakfast was a couple of stale looking bagels and toast. No coffee creamer.

It was very cold when we arrived. The room was fridgid. The heater should have been at least turned on low. There were no heavy blankets or extra blankets. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, Very cheap towels. The bathroom was tiny. like a small closet. I have stayed in BW several times and chose this because of that. It was not up to their standards

We booked this because of its amenities, the breakfast was bare minimum, the indoor was not working and had no timeframe on when it would be fixed. We stayed 5 nights and not once was our room cleaned or offered more towels & Toliet paper. Hot water took 10 mins to get hot in the shower. I would not recommend this place at all.

If I could I would give this place zero stars Their so cold heated pool was 40 degrees ice cold their pool room was 60° the hotel rooms had no hot water and when they attempted to change the room same no hot water people walking in off the street to steal breakfast and the best was when me and wifey were tryna get freaky and the housekeepers non English speaking at all just barged in the room mgmt was not even attempting to make it right stay anywhere else very sad how it has went down mind you I booked 2 rooms and this was for the kids they were disappointed don’t put your family thru this !!!!!
