It was very cold when we arrived. The room was fridgid. The heater should have been at least turned on low. There were no heavy blankets or extra blankets. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, Very cheap towels. The bathroom was tiny. like a small closet. I have stayed in BW several times and chose this because of that. It was not up to their standards

It definitely was not cleaned properly as the shower walls had soap from previous customers. We went specifically for the pool but it was closed the time we were there. The service was not bad. But the accommodations were meh.

My stay was great except for one gross issue...
Overall, I enjoyed my one night stay @ the BW. Before my stay, I hadn't visited Bordentown in a few years and used to stay at the Comfort Inn or Ramada (Now Town Inn) and saw both had terrible reviews. This hotel has some low ratings too, but I saw it was renovated, and wanted to try it out. The Lobby area is nice, as is the breakfast and pool area. The woman who checked me in was friendly and efficient, and was there again in the morning, and granted my request for an 11:30 checkout. The lobby was packed when I checked out so I didn't mention the one issue I had. Before bed, I happened to notice something black on the ceiling, and looked closer and saw a COCKROACH. That was gross! Didn't see anymore but felt uneasy after that... Only other complaint is pillows are small and bed very firm, but I did sleep well. I also was confused by all the stairs and ramps and how to actually get to my room although staff did explain, but center stairs blends in with rooms when I first drove up. There is no elevator... The room was nicely renovated and in good condition, it was clean, although one of the dressed handles were bent. The bathroom is tight but renovated and everything worked well. I would probably stay again but hope to not find anymore bugs in the room... Breakfast was decent too, sausage, eggs, and I liked the french toast sticks, that was different and tasty! It was quiet and not too crowded for a Saturday am! It was annoying you have to walk around to main door though.

Absolutely would not recommend ever staying here!!
The whole property was very dirty the parking lot the walk way to our room and our room was very dirty. There was garbage allover outside and cockroaches in the rooms. We travled there for the cheerleading competition with the teams and everyone on the team had roaches in their room that were dead stuck to sticky traps under furniture. Our bathroom was absolutely disgusting, im glad i brought wet wipes with me because i was not comfortable using the toilet with out cleaning it myself first. There were boogers on the walls and the microwave was beyond gross on the inside. Needless to say i will never stay there ever again. Not a good experience at all.

Chose to stay at this property for a night and it is simply disgusting. We lifted the beds and found crumbs of food, dust and so much more under them. The floors were filthy, hair and dust in many areas of the room. The SHOWER WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE. There was mildew come of the tracks to the shower doors and the shower flower was filthy too. All of this to add we had asked the lady at the front desk to please give us a hand with one of the lamps in the room and she simply never showed up. We checked out of this place on 11/2 and still haven't heard back from the manager. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you don't mind filth.
