Absolutely convenient for freeway access. Quiet and very clean! Staff was friendly and helpful; breakfast was awesome!! Close enough to shopping but not in the middle of it thankful for that. We're planning another trip to the area and will certainly book here.

We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again on future trips. Our only concern was for anyone entering the back door it’s dark and at the back door step up and my 76 year old mother fell trying to step up the step. I address the problem with the manager and she assured me the problem would be addressed immediately with painting the step up or considering extra lighting if possible. The staff was great and the room was clean and fresh .

Our car broke down on the highway and we had to get it towed to Comfort Inn. The staff was very helpful. Cindy in the the dining room gave us excellent service! She wrote down the businesses in Jerome, Idaho who would have car batteries available. The front desk rep. Gave us taxi info and suggested UBER. Thanks Comfort Inn! I taught customer service for a gas company for 15 years, and I would hire Cindy in a minute!!! Sympathy and Service! A great combination!
