Got absolutely no sleep. I’ve slept on floors that were softer. The breakfast was awful. Reconstituted eggs with fake cheese was revolting.

Outstanding service

The hotel staff was ready for us when we arrived and check in was seamless. When we got to our room it was warm and cozy. The staff has turned up the heat to make sure the room was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My only complaint was the rowdy kids in the pool after 10. this is not the fault of the hotel. Just wish parents would teach some respect. not only for other people but also for how to treat safety equipment and hotel property.

Great stay for a business trip. Restaurants and coffee very close. Only drawback the shipping center behind the hotel. Not really noisy to me but if you are a light sleeper it could be bothersome.

This hotel seems to be understaffed. Peeling wallpaper, chipping grout, shredded curtains, and dirty carpets. The towels and white linens are dingy and stained, specifically the duvet covers. The hotel is run down with deferred maintenance, however, the staff is nice and the breakfast was above average.
