"Excellent property, facilities and location were perfect for our trip. Close to Hannam, Yongsan and Itaewon main area. Breakfast is good in the hotel restaurant Cleo, great selection of options. Privilege Bar is great, lovely cocktails and welcoming staff with a cool vibe. Room had a good layout and all the facilities you would expect, even a water machine in the room. Only drawback was that our housekeeping lady had a terrible cold and my partner caught it. The WiFi if different in your room as it is to the communal areas so logging onto different networks is a little annoying. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely return "
