The plugs beside the bed didn't work, we were provided an extension cord for my CPAP machine, can't sleep without it. Come to find out two switches at the front door have to be on for the plugs to work. Learned that on the second day from the lovely lady that came up and explained it.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Right before we went out for the day we stopped at the desk to report that the toilet was stopped up. The woman at the desk was rude and condescending. As a matter of fact she said, "do you want a plunger or do i need to go do it for you?" Not only was the toilet not fixed before our return that night, the room was not touched by housekeeping. We made sure there was not a "do not disturb" sign on the door.

Just in Time!
We have had a Great stay! We always stay at Holiday inn express. But because of financial reasons we booked another hotel. Upon arriving there, we had to cancel, the motel was horrible. Thank the Lord holiday inn had a room. The price was a little pricey, but it was worth it. We have to stick with who we know, will always be a great stay!
