"My son and daughter in law live right around the corner from the house so it was the ideal place for my other son and his girlfriend and me and my husband to stay during our holiday visit. My younger son brought his dogs who had a wonderful time enjoying running around the yard. It was a great gathering spot for us to have meals, play games, and enjoy each other’s company. It was centrally located for everything in Redlands. The place was clean, well organized, and the host was extremely attentive in communicating through messages and the copious amount of labels on everything in the house.One caution is that the side yard has goat head or devil head weeds and one got stuck in one of the dog’s paw, but other than that, everything was great! This will be our first choice for future family gatherings."

"This little walk up guest house has excellent light threw the large windows. It is cozy and really does have everything. The experienced hosts are so nice too. Sweet surprises and an inviting atmosphere. My bed was very comfortable, so was the couch. If you are considering it, you won't be disappointed. Thank you. "

"Such a great home very close to University of Redlands with easy access to all freeways!!!!!! House was very clean and comfortable! Morning coffee on the back patio was fantastic!!!!!! Fam if five stayed there and there was plenty space, beds, amnesties and a great vibe!!!!!!"
