Nice hotel. Very clean. Staff was helpful. Parking was ridiculous $10 for over night parking. Hotel guests should have free parking so beware about parking situation unless you can find a spot on side street. Bar is over priced, breakfast wasn’t free. I payed over $200 a night and didn’t get anything complimentary. Beds were comfortable, I would say this isn’t kid friendly at all. Only good thing was the rooms were nice.

I didn't receive the check in process that I observed other patrons receive. For example, there is a parking lot that charges $18/day and I was never told that the parking is validated to $10/ day. They never explained the breakfast options or times, they didn't tell me where the gym was, no WiFi information.I was just given a key. I wouldn't come back to this hotel again. They weren't accommodating at check out either. I explained that I had extenuating circumstances and asked for help and Lee intervened in my conversation without asking or knowing the previous conversation that was had and denied my request. I was handled very unprofessionally.
