I liked that this hotel had a swimming pool and hot tub. I found the room I had faced the Fraser Highway which made it very noisy. Unfortunately, it wasn’t very pedestrian friendly to walk to the closest shopping mall. The only dining option was the East Indian restaurant in the parking lot. And the parking lot is very small with two access points. What I didn’t like was my noisy neighbours who woke me up at two am during my first night stay at the hotel. I did appreciate the staff calling the room about a noise complaint and quickly resolving the issue. My other issue was the room I was given. I booked my reservation through Expedia and received the wheelchair accessible room. Let’s say it was different. I thought that these rooms were reserved for individual’s with physical disabilities. My hope is that someone else didn’t require this room during my stay at this hotel. I don’t think I would recommend this hotel because I like to be able to walk to restaurants and shops thereby avoiding the use of a car to get around. There has to be more than just checking off two boxes, safety and shopping. And being located to a bunch of car dealerships doesn’t help with accessibility unless you’re interested in buying a car. It was a disappointing experience.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon. We were supposed to have a queen size bed with a jet tub in the hotel room. They threw us in a king size business room. And it was disgusting food all over the floor. My socks were sticking to the carpet when we undid the sheets we found crumbs in it. We asked for new sheets and she came over and dropped them at door. once I went to go change the bedsheets, I found blood stains on the bed. I went back to the office and I told her I would not be touching that and I would like someone else to change it up and she hid the blood stains under fresh bedding so when I went to remove the sheets once again, the blood was still there, and the only thing they could do was change our rooms after changing the room we got stuck in the same mess Popcorn all over our bedsheets this room had a gross smell to it And what looked to be puked stains on the side of the bed,

There was a construction going on in my floor, had to walk and drag the suitcase through a plastic covered carpet hallway. We arrived late , so I wanted to sleep in, but they started at 9 am with grinding the concrete floors ...... Not impressed

Save yourselves...don't stay here.
I don't normally leave reviews but our stay here was so bad I had to say something. We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The first night we stayed in a room that smelled like sewage. They moved us to another room for the remaining nights but that room was in disrepair. The carpets were covered in stains, there were scuff marks all over the walls, the toilet seat was damaged and the room safe kept beeping loudly throughout the night. On top of all of that the beds were quite uncomfortable and the pillows were in really rough shape.

This property was not good at all !!!! We did NOT stay here. We had booked the jacuzzi tub room with king size bed. The carpet was very stained and we found crawling bed bugs on carpet and walls. The person at front desk was less than accommodating. I questioning her and said you don’t seem surprised that we found bugs. Her answer was I am neither surprised or not surprised. We were left with no room for weekend. Ramada customer service said there was nothing they could do and the main person was not available until Monday to deal with any situations. Do NOT stay here, the room was very dirty and staff was unpleasant.
