Booked 2 double queens, they gave me a king and a pull out bed. I asked to cancel because they didn’t have what I booked. They said they would call me with a refund but never did.

Seems like people live in the rooms. Not comfortable at all. Lots of people smoking by the front door and side doors. Cant even open your window unless you want second hand smoke. Homeless everywhere around the hotel.

The hotel was fine but the neighborhood is "troubled". The Walmart across the street had many "locked cabinets" indicating they were having a theft problem.

The property appears to be a SRO for many who don't have other options. More of governing the crowd than greeting guests. Was minimally equipped for an extended stay, Had a full refrigerator and a dishwasher, but few dishes and utensils. Stay was average and unremarkable. Notice in elevator seemed to imply they were booting people out for the coming "high vacation" season.

Had a short stay here. The staff was friendly and kind. We were assigned a room with lock issues, but they quickly reassigned us to another room once it was brought to their attention. There’s a grocery store close by and other restaurants. As for the rooms, we weren’t super pleased. The pillows couldn’t have been flatter. The room smelled like a urinal. Cleanliness was questionable as well. While it sufficed for the short stay, I don’t plan on staying here again.
