The room and staff were good. There are a lot of people with dogs that bark all night making it hard to sleep, thumping sounds like furniture is being moved around most of the night. Other than that it was ok. As a coffee person, I didn’t appreciate not having a Keurig machine available

There guest laundry uses one tap. You can pay in laundry room or use the app. The app is very convenient. The place runs more like apartments, and everything requires the key card to get in to. Safe and convenient.

I've stayed here several times. This hotel is always clean, and has an excellent staff. It's a surprisingly great deal for a nights stay. I'm always glad to stay here.

The hotel was close to Peace Health Hospital, but that was about the only positive. There was no ice machine, coffee, or corkscrew. It appears that the hotel is housing several disabled or unfortunate persons, but they were polite and we did not feel unsafe. The room had a kitchenette and several shelves, which would facilitate an extended stay. The beds were rather flimsy with not great mattresses. The desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. It wasn’t her fault that the hotel was substandard.

The room was not in any condo to be rented for the night. I got in to room the window was open, the TV was on, no remote to be found anywhere. I could not turn it down or change the channel. Picked up the landline room phone, that did not work. The light above the desk was burnt out. The bathroom smelt musky and the sink would not drain. After flushing the toilet it sounded like the pipe in the wall was going to burst, click click click! The pillow were flat and the comforter you can see through as if it were plastic wrap. I have stayed at this location many times and it has gone down hill!! The parking lot at 1am had a lot of action, people in a van with a dog outside of it. Multiple people hanging out around the back side. Was not comfortable at all I must say! The front desk staff was very nice and did try to find an extra remote for tv.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Even though it is seemingly in the same price tier as a Motel 6 - it had all the amenities of an executive suite.Stove top, with dinner ware /pots and pans, nice laminated flooring, full size refrigerator... It is a 3 year old property. The only drawback of the stay was a non- functioning elevator - my room was on the 4th floor but they accommodated me by moving everything down to an ADA room on the first floor. Other travel sites advertise that they can get lowest rates... but how many of really need 20 pillows on a bed that end up on the floor??? Will stay here again for sure!

Floor was greasy, the room smelled, and the person who checked me in said my pet deposite was refundable (which they are ESA) the 100$ deposite was not charged in full... well then they didnt give me the full deposite back. Oh and my friend who also had dogs and stayed there got her full amount back.
