The sauna was a chemical bomb, there was poop in the couch and blood in the sheets. 1000 mosquitos but my girlfriend in the night. Other than that, everything was perfect 9/10

Dealing with Kris at the front desk was great. He was kind, efficient, and helpful. The room was okay. Kinda dirty, walls were dirty, and the single bed sheets were dirty. Overall, okay room however not for the price we paid.

The room was probably the dirtiest room I've stayed in. When i complained, they told me I can't expect the room to be spotless. There was a mat at the door that was so dirty you couldn't tell what color it was. Stains on the bedding, hair all over the floor, bathroom floor was disgusting. We left early because the stay was so uncomfortable.

Beds were decent, clean rooms and Breakfast amazing, lots of choices. Eggs, Sausages, hashbrowns, pancakes, cereal, toast, english muffins, muffins, yogurts, juices and coffee. Pool was nice but water wasnt exactly maintained well. Parking was easy and areas felt safe. Lots of shopping around property in walking distance. Would stay there again. Sraff was friendly and accommodating.

The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to non smoking. Cigarette burns on the bath tub sill. Very dated interior. Bathroom light did not work. Lady at checking was sullen. Generally run down.
