Reserved a King and given 2 Queens. Roach in bath tub. One bed had a worn but clean comforter and the second had 2 large white spots on it!! Even though breakfast was supposed to end at 9 AM staff began removing breakfast items before then. Front desk person knocked on door at 10:50 and informed me that check out was at 11 AM. The website I reserved the room says 12 Noon. They insisted it is 11 AM. I showed them a picture of the itinerary and they still stated that it was wrong; however, it was not a problem. 😡 Before getting down to check out our room card was deactivated and my wife could not get back into the room. This facility is also under renovations and supposedly being bought out by Hilton. If so they have a long way to go on customer service.

Under Renovation
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and this situation is affecting the overall guest experience. There's noticeable drywall dust in the air, and the lobby is uncomfortably hot. Additionally, the breakfast options are lacking; there’s only cereal and bread products, and the juice machine was not functioning. As a result, we found it necessary to seek breakfast at McDonald's. It’s important for guests to receive a standard level of service, especially during their stay.

Do not stay!
Do not stay at this place! It is currently under construction and mess is everywhere! My room and both baby and full grown roaches. There was long hair on my sheets showing they didn't change them prior to my stay. The restroom had mold on the inside of the door and leaking water. You can tell there was prior water damage from the water stains on the walls and on the art work. Never staying there again!

I had stayed at the same hotel in the past and never had issues. The hotel was not as clean this day, the shower was a little dirty. In addition they appear to be renovating and had pallets of supplies laying around in the lobby and in the parking lot. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired as toast and cold cereal were the only options, and there was no creamer for coffee.it was a good value, but still did leave a lot to be desired. It was quiet and I felt safe in my room but it did not seem as clean as I would liked.

Was told they are renovating and boy do they need it! Couch in my room (210) is stained. Carpet is on the verge of coming up at the bathroom. Glass door was wet on the inside, so staff did NOT wipe down. Obvious damage, assuming from third floor, of ceiling in shower is damaged, showing previous leaks. Shampoo packets that you have to tear is just dumb! Especially when wet when already in the shower. Difficult to park with all the construction going on

The key card would not work on my door so instead of giving me another room they told me just to let the front desk person know when I needed to go into my room and they had to walk me up to my room and use an actual metal key to unlock my door every time. I asked if they were at full capacity and they said no, so they could have changed my room, but did not. The bed was comfy and that was about it.

We usually stay at the days in bcuz it’s alittle cheaper an semi new still great rates an nice rooms but our last stay was ridiculous soon as we got there the lady at the desk had a semi attitude she looked at us an figured bcuz we were in our travel clothes that we were low class people an gave us a room I’m sure they give to the less fortunate guest … soon as we walked into the room my wife had to use the bathroom an she noticed we had no shower curtain an there was hair literally female hair still in the tub the wall paper pulled off the interior wall of the bathroom so we of course let her know an we stayed calm an continued on with our weekend but overall we used to love this place but now we’ll just spend the extra fifteen dollars a night an stay at the Hilton right behind this Days Inn
