The tub and hot tub waters were murky. The room smelled very strong of mildew. The gal at the desk was as sweet and helpful as can be.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was perfect for topping off before hitting the road. The room was clean and quiet. My only recommendation for improvement would be to update either lamps or outlets for charging tablets and phones. Thank you!

No negatives, we had a great stay. Loved the ski lift going overhead, the pool was kinda small and bland. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Not bad overall. Nice and quiet, clean.

Older hotel good location.
Older hotel. Clean but room key locked us out. Equipment for breakfast was not working. Toaster broken. No timer on waffle maker.

Hotel was very average. Vending machine didn’t work. Door at end of hallway never seemed to be locked. Breakfast was all carbs - very little fruit to choose from and what was there was over ripe. TV was set to some reality show during breakfast because front desk didn’t know where remote was.

The property was fine, best breakfast we had on our trip but the fire alarm went off in early evening and we evacuated. That is fine but after we came back in on of the room alarm kept going for a long period of time and that got resolved. It started again after 10:00 pm and went for a long time. Did not sleep well

Small town surrounded by mountains and trees. Quiet and friendly area. Gondola that can take you up the mountain. Easy checkin. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow morning. Pool and hot tub but we did not use it.

Biggest issue was the male clerk that checked us in. One of two keys he gave us did not work so I asked for a replacement, he said I just did not know how to properly work the magnetic room key and he would go up and show me that it worked. I just wanted another key programmed, he again informed me that it was my error. I kind of lost it here and let him know how ill suited he was to work in the hospitality industry. The other clerk was (a female) and she was quite nice.
