I was a first responder who helping out in the NC area. We needed a place to stay and booked a room on expedia. When got to the hotel the hotel only had one of our two rooms. We had 4 men. The front desk worker said he cancelled our reservation for the 2 rooms which he didn’t and sold us another room. So 4 men in 4 room 2 sleeping on the floor after a week of hurricane relief only to be scammed and sold another room. So in total we were sold 3 rooms! To take advantage of first responders during a disaster should be a crime and they should be prosecuted!

It was okay nothing to write home about. Would be nice if they had an elevator, since we're senior citizens and our luggage was pretty heavy to lug up instead of steep steps.

We just needed a place to spend the night on a long road trip and this was perfect for the price. Nothing fancy but it did the job. It was nice to be able to walk to Cracker Barrel after a long day in the car!
