Twice there were vehicles out front with the music turned up full blast that woke me up after hours. No poop bags in the dog trash disposal area. Tons of young kids at the hotel so couldn’t get breakfast. The set up for buffet breakfast is good for business stays but not when there are an incredible amount of young kids. No drop off and check in parking at the front of the hotel. It was all handicap parking.

I understand get what you pay for. But literally when I pulled in two people were shooting up in the parking lot. Two guys were working on a car right in front of one of the rooms. Looked like they were long-term residence. Just a shady place. Even though you get what you pay for. This was probably one of the worst days I’ve ever had.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed that parking was not free, this was unexpected and frustrating, as it’s the only hotel we’ve encountered so far that charges for parking. It felt unreasonable, especially considering we were already paying for our stay. To make matters worse, someone knocked on our door at around 3:00 AM for no valid reason, instructing us to call the front desk because they were locked out of their room. This was extremely disruptive and showed a lack of proper management. Additionally, the number of pets and dogs in the hotel made it feel more like a zoo or barn than a comfortable, relaxing environment. It was not the experience we were hoping for, and we left feeling very dissatisfied.

Great place to stay while visiting Arlington - we stayed for one night. Breakfast was pretty good although the eggs, sausage, and potatoes were not hot. Coffee was available 24/7 and was hot and delicious. Room was huge and comfortable. Lots of amenities. Easy access location right off the highway.
