"Great location, close to shopping, restaurants, and train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again if ever back in Edinburgh. "

"Me and my mum stayed on the ground floor in the room Grosvenor and Belford, the rooms are immaculate and spotless. There is no reception, but we didn’t find this an issue as there is plenty of information about check in and I managed to leave my bag with a local company free of charge. There was a issue overnight with our heating but this was quickly resolved and compensated. Fantastic hotel, would return! Love the choccies and tote bag!"

Great parking, staff, room and food and I would definitely recommend this one as a base to use if you are visiting the city. The station is a very short walk also so great transport access."
