I would not recommend this location unless it’s absolutely the last place to stay in Rochester. Rooms and bed need to be replaced and updated. Walls are paper thin. Bathroom sink is in an awkward corner while the lightning is in a different location. My thermostat would either make the room a furnace or an ice box.

Super convenient location if visting RIT. Rooms are clean but a little dingy. Comfortable beds. Limited cooked-to-order breakfast that is nothing special. Order at counter, and they bring to your table. Helpful staff. Free shuttle every 30 min will take you anywhere in a five-mile radius including RIT, Univ of Rochester, and the airport.

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The building was quite noisy until about midnight but I believe there was some event happening while we were there.

Pleasant and comfortable, if dorm-like
The inn is completely adequate: clean, friendly staff, good amenities. Since it doubles as a dorm for RIT students, there are sometimes bursts of loud noises in the hallways. For the most part, our stay was perfectly pleasant. The restaurant felt more like a dorm cafeteria, but the food was good. In fact, the pizza and milkshakes were excellent. The fact that the inn is pet friendly influenced our decision to stay there.
