Clean room and comfy bed. We were in the king suite so plenty of room to spread out. Breakfast was really good with different options. My daughter liked the indoor pool. Great stay. The only hiccup was the last night we had no hot water. Lori at the front desk worked right on it and got the issue resolved. Friendly staff. Will stay again.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The Dove toiletries in a smaller container were a nice surprise. The breakfast was a little crowded. the staff were a little slow on refilling the coffee and tea/hot water and the creamers ran out and was not replaced. Overall the staff was very nice but some of the other guests were up and rowdy all night. The manager called to apologize the next day.

Not thrilled with Holiday Inn. Back to Hampton Inn
1st room given had broken blinds and no privacy curtain. Could see right out to the parking lot Asked and received a different room. Second room bathroom door handle was broken and the toilet paper holder was also broken. Blinds were very dirty. Toilet made very loud squeeling noise when flushed and lasted a minute or more.

Room was average for an Interstate exit hotel. Roomy was extremely noisy with the traffic noise. The party in the lobby didn’t help either. Staff was friendly. Would probably pick another property in the area on our next trip through.

We left early because the rooms sheets had stains on them, there were a few bugs crawling on the ceiling and the shower may have been cleaned but it looked really beat up and had mold in the corners. We checked in around 7pm and left at 8pm and we didn’t even inform the front desk because we were upset and the women at the front desk had her birthday and we didn’t want to upset her.

The front desk person who helped me with check-in was excellent and very helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was that when I entered the room, there was an odor as soon as I walked in. I assumed it came from the shower curtain—it was a musty smell.

Overnight in the Ponconos
Almost good, needs some work which construction was happening at 8pm as we were getting to our room. The tiles in our bathroom were loose, shower value was so loose I thought it was going to fall off (we had no hot water either). The bed was comfortable but we were missing an extra pillow which would have been nice. The bagels we had for breakfast were stale, but the rest of breakfast was good.
