We liked the location- close to where we planned on snow tubing. The morning breakfast was also nice with several different options and the menu was different the two days we stayed. We did not like how loud the people above us sounded in our room, the heat didn’t work correctly- too hot or too cold, there were no paper supplies when we checked into our room , the pool/hot tub area was nice but the pool was very cold and the overall chlorine content was so high it was hard to breathe after 20 minutes. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not very good. I would not stay here again.

It is a renovated very nice hotel close to Jackfrost where we went skiing. Decent dining options around the hotel . Spacious and clean room . Very friendly staff

Dirty and Loud

Our room was barely cleaned, the sheets had someone else's hair on them and there was an old sock in the bed. The fridge was filled with decaying food. The bathroom had mold growing down the walls. The bath towels were horrible size and quality. We were given a first floor room across from the pool and the noise level was unacceptable until 10pm, not to mention you could easily hear the neighboring room, as well as the room above. The bed itself was comfortable, although you couldn't sleep because of the noice from the pool area and the men screaming at football in the common area. The pool area was clean, although the towels in the pool weren't kept stocked. The breakfast was ok, it was free, and the breakfast area was kept well supplied and clean.

The place is ok. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioner being on in the pool area. It was too cold to have it on in 20-degree weather. And the pool water wasn’t as warm as it was supposed to be. But other than that I wouldn’t mind staying again. If I go again and the pool is as cold as it was I will not return to stay.

Best stay ever!

Anthony and John checked us in. They were absolutely amazing. Anthony made sure we had towels for the pool, John gave us a run down of all the times for quiet time and breakfast. Anthony check in on us the next day. Very personable, very professional, and perfect hosts. Give them a raise!
