The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly nice and friendly. We were able to get in a bit early and drop off our luggage before going around town. The woman who was the bartender that evening was incredibly unfriendly. Never smiled. Did not talk, or even ask what we wanted. She just sat on a stool watching a movie.

Problem with breakfast Wednesday am. Apparently there was only one person. Had to wait a long time for urn coffee. Waited over 30 minutes. Foods not refilled.

Just stayed here for a night to take the train into NYC the next morning. Great restaurant right across the street, safe and walkable. 5 minutes to the Tarrytown train station. Great free breakfast and staff was very helpful. Pull out couch was comfortable and room was clean. Would definitely stay again.

Don’t eat breakfast unless you want salmonella
Big room however terribly dark, needs way more light. Hairs stuck on shower walls before we used it so not ours. But probably the worst part is they were dishing out ham egg croissants and the egg was still fridge cold in places. I tried to make one of the staff aware the egg wasn’t heated properly on my husband and mine therefore a whole batch most likely. His reply was, they were frozen and we’re closing soon so that’s all we have. It was 8:40 and the place was packed and still plenty of time for lots of people to grab something. I informed him it’s a health risk, he reiterated it’s all they have….clearly they don’t understand food safety or care about it.
